You agree to (a) immediately notify CM of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. CM cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5. TRADEMARK INFORMATION The CM and Northern Shake trademarks and service marks and other CM logos and product and service names are trademarks of CM. Without CM's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the CM trademarks. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES CM product warranties are available for any and all products we manufacture.
